Beautiful deep brown Rampage skirt. I’m a 27” - 28” waist and this sits on me as a low rise. Looks super cute as a low rise, but with high rise I would suggest that is is best for a 30” waist it has a little stretch but only about an inch. Also I’m 5’6 and it’s a maxi skirt on me that hits right at the ankle. No flaws, in really good condition.
